Adetunji Adekoya started a career in ICT over 20 years ago and has worked with the pacesetters in the Industry. With a Diploma in Computer Science after successfully graduating in Marketing from Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta with an Upper credit (1996) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Ado Ekiti in Ekiti state (2000).

He had been in the private sector prior his joining the management of Peridot Guide Limited as Managing Director/ CEO.He has been a Project Lead for so many successful projects and developed and introduced various consumer-oriented products in the market.

In 2000, he attended Junior Chamber International Training Institute in Coral Gables and graduated with a Prime Trainer Certificate.

As a Certified Trainer, he has acquired over 300 hours of Training at different level spanning Secondary Schools, Tertiary Institutions and corporate trainings. He is well versed, widely travelled and highly resourceful. He sits atop the management of the company.

Olusola Akinloye has a cumulative work experience of over 20 years’ in public accounting practice, risk management, audit & control of banks. Olusola specializes in audit of government parastatals, manufacturing companies, banks, insurance and other financial institutions. He schooled at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria where he obtained a Second Class (Upper Honours) degree in STATISTICS and graduated as the best student in Statistical Computing.

He later went on scholarship to University of Lagos, Nigeria to obtain an MBA (Finance). His areas of expertise also include Corporate Finance & Strategy, Financial analyses and Business Appraisal. Olusola started his career with a leading international accounting practice, Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF), where he acquired various trainings in accounting, auditing, taxation and business advisory.

Mr. Akinloye is an Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation and holds an ACCA certificate in International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS). He is also a founding director of the famous professional tuition center, PASS ASSOCIATE, where for over 10 years, he has taught various accounting & finance courses to students preparing for professional examinations of ICAN, CIS and CIBN. He is married with Children.

Taiwo Biola Martins, a Director at Peridot Guide has a long track record of helping public and private sector clients through the process of defining, designing, developing, deploying, and supporting stand-alone applications, mobile and web based solutions and architectures. Over his career Martins has led organizations around the globe with strategic online initiatives.

He has approximately nine (9) years programming experience and IT Analysis skills altogether. He is highly proficient and has a vast knowledge array of programming languages, concepts and technologies, including, but not limited to: Java, PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, HTML, UNIX, MS‐DOS, Java, JavaScript, MySQL, PGSQL, MSSQL. He also has very fast experience in User Interface Design, Web‐Deployment, Documentation and Reporting, CSS, AJAX, XML, JQUERY, Adobe Flash and Adobe Fireworks.

Martins has worked as a team lead developer with Equinet Technologies (USA), OhmsRazor LTD, CHAMS Nigeria PLC, Network Data Systems and a lot more through the nine years during which he designed major applications some of which are; Java-Based Online bill payment systems for Starcomms, Java‐Based Online bill payment systems for DSTV, PHP-Based Online services such as Real Estates Application, Job Portal, Auction and Shopping Cart and also Python-Based UNICEF Data Collection System as well as RapidSMS. He has led many application development project teams.
